Unfortunately we no longer accept cheque or Paypal payments. If you’re unable to use our online shop, we can call you to take a card payment over the phone. Please send an email with your phone number to [email protected] and someone will get back to you within a few days to arrange this.

If your magazine hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please get in touch via the form on our contact page and we’ll arrange for another copy to be sent to you.
International customers
Unfortunately we can’t guarantee delivery times for international customers. If you’re a subscriber, you can access the digital edition via your account area. If you’ve purchased a single copy, we will send you the digital edition via email. If you still haven’t received your magazine after one month, please get in touch via our contact page; depending on the latest Royal Mail information, we may arrange for another copy to be sent to you.
To access the digital magazine you will need to log in to your account and select ‘Access digital magazine’ in the left-hand menu. Here you will find the current and back issues of Positive News magazine.

Your renewal date is included in the order confirmation email you receive when completing a subscription purchase.
You can also find your renewal date by logging into your account and selecting ‘Your support and orders’ to view your subscription/s.
We will send you a renewal notification email approximately two weeks before your subscription renews.
